Oh My Omega!

May 14th, 2010 No comments

Today, I was introduced to a new Omega 3 product, being distributed through Multi-Level Marketing. The product is cool and interesting, and they claim to have a patent on the way they extract Omega 3 rich oil from plants (not fish!).

I haven’t actually been active in an MLM in a while, but somehow I ended up with my interest piqued.

Now don’t get me wrong: it’s my sincere belief that it’s neither the product nor the comp plan that makes an MLM business successful or not; rather it’s the leaders in the distributor force. Being that this is still pretty ground-floor (my understanding is that we haven’t hit 1,000 top-level-executive signups quite yet), it seems like an exciting challenge.

Last time I jioned an MLM, I had legends like Eric Worre and Randy Gage in my immediate upline (both were within 7 levels above me, I think). Let’s see what I learn from them…

But I’m getting a bit ahead of myself. Like I siad, I think it’s the leadership that’s gonna make it or break it, but the product and the comp plan have to be solid if I want a decently easy chance at making a marketing campaign that my downline can duplicate without me… Time for some homework…

PS If any of you use Omega 3 at all, I’d love to hear your thought on the subject… Thanks :)
